Who we are

Clyrix is operated by NXTNET, a proprietorship of Rahul Krishna (GSTIN 07BUPPK0544M1Z8), Kundan Mansion, 2-A/3, Asaf Ali Road, Turkman Gate, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Delhi 110002 ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit clyrix.com, sign up, or use Clyrix. Contact us at hello@nxtnet.in.

Two kinds of data

Account data: what we need to run your account, such as your name, email, phone number, workspace and billing details. We decide how this is used, as the data fiduciary.

Workspace data: what you and your team put into Clyrix, such as projects, tasks, clients, files and invoices. Your business owns it and decides how it's used; we process it only to provide the service, on your instructions.

What we collect

We collect:

• Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider), workspace name, and billing details such as GSTIN and address.
• Content you add to your workspace, including files and messages.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and reference, never your full card or bank details.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken, browser and device type, and IP address, used to run, secure and improve the service.
• Error reports: when something goes wrong (a crash, a failed request, or an error message shown to you), the app sends us the error, the page it happened on and your browser type, with email addresses and phone numbers removed, so we can find and fix the problem. Our automated quality checks also verify that documents like invoices and receipts are consistent, without reading their contents into reports.
• Website visitor information: when you visit our site or a page published with Clyrix, we may store a device identifier (a browser fingerprint) and campaign parameters (UTM tags) in your browser. When you submit a form, we record your IP address, approximate location (city and country) and device details along with your answers.

How we use it

We use personal data to:

• create and secure your account, and let you sign in (including one-time codes by WhatsApp or SMS)
• provide Clyrix's features, including notifications by WhatsApp and email that you or your workspace turn on
• process payments and issue GST invoices
• answer your questions and provide support
• understand how the product is used, and fix and improve it
• meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

AI features

When you use the AI assistant or AI agents, the request and the workspace information needed to answer it are sent to our AI providers, Anthropic and Google, to generate the response.

We don't use your workspace data to train our own AI models. Our providers' terms for business use apply to their processing.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Clyrix, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, database, file storage, sign-in and backups. Our database is in India (Delhi region).
• Razorpay: payments.
• Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp): WhatsApp messages and one-time codes.
• Hostinger: email delivery for notifications.
• Anthropic and Google: AI features.
• Shopify: only if your workspace connects a Shopify store.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active.

After you close your workspace, we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example invoices, which tax law requires us to keep for at least 8 years).

Backups are kept for 30 days.

Security

Each workspace is isolated from every other. Access inside a workspace is controlled by role. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, and backed up every night. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
• ask us to correct or complete it
• ask us to erase it, where we don't need to keep it by law
• withdraw consent where we rely on it
• nominate someone to exercise your rights if you can't
• complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India

Cookies and similar technology

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and measure how our site and pages are used. Your browser settings let you clear this storage.

Children

Clyrix is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
