Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between NXTNET, a proprietorship of Rahul Krishna (GSTIN 07BUPPK0544M1Z8) ("we") and the business or person who creates a Clyrix workspace ("you"). By creating an account or using Clyrix, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorised to do so.

Your account and workspace

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do there.

Workspace owners and admins control who has access and what they can do.

Free trial

New workspaces get a free trial (currently 14 days) of their chosen package, with no payment details needed. When the trial ends, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using the workspace.

Plans and fees

Fees are per user, per month or per year, in Indian rupees, plus GST, as shown on our pricing page when you pay. Extra apps beyond your package are charged as shown in the app.

Payment terms are in our Payment policy, and refunds in our Refunds policy.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.

Your data

You own the data you put into Clyrix. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy policy.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

Acceptable use

Don't use Clyrix to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights
• send spam or unsolicited messages, including over WhatsApp or email
• upload malware, or try to access other workspaces or our systems without permission
• overload or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it
• resell Clyrix without our written agreement

WhatsApp, email and AI features

When you send messages through Clyrix, you're responsible for having your recipients' consent and following WhatsApp's and other providers' rules. AI answers can be wrong, so check important ones before you rely on them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Clyrix available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We improve Clyrix over time. If we remove a significant feature you pay for, we'll give you notice.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Clyrix at any time.

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, or doesn't pay, after giving notice where we reasonably can.

After closure, you'll have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.

Liability

Clyrix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data you could have exported.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
